He said - “I don’t need anything fancy! I just want someone to answer my phone while I’m out taking care of my customers, answer my caller’s questions, and let them know I’ll call them back.”

We said - “We do all that and more. We can call your smart phone and transfer the call to you; or if you’re busy we can take a message and text it to you immediately; AND we’ll e-mail a recap of all your messages at the end of the day.”
